Visceral Osteopathy

This course focuses on the body's sites. The spatial characteristics of the head, chest, and abdominal regions will be discussed. The embryonic development of individual organs and the surrounding spaces will serve as the theoretical basis for the discussion. In addition to organ functions, the interconnection between organs and the connective tissue fascial system throughout the entire body can be studied. The neural supply through the somatic, autonomic, and enteric nervous systems, as well as the blood supply and structure of the lymphatic system, will be extensively addressed.

Learning Concept:

Sometimes, we simply see better with our hands, especially when we have learned to sense deeply like you. The Anatomy course at BeST-CAT brings together both the hands-on experience, the tactile understanding, and the visual observation with our own eyes. Structures and organs that cannot be touched otherwise can be examined individually or in their interconnected context within the body sites. The different tissues, the pathways of fascia, nerves, their points of passage, and the topography of the organs in relation to each other will all leave lasting mental images and seamlessly integrate with new tactile impressions and personal experiences, potentially leading to new insights. This course offers a highly immersive experience and provides a unique learning atmosphere that will undoubtedly have a long-lasting impact.
